A specialty coffee from Risaralda, Colombia, made up of the Caturra and Castillo varieties grown at 1,750 to 1,800 metres above sea level and produced by Qima. The beans go through a washed process with yeast fermentation, a method used to bring out sweetness and fruit while keeping the cup clean.
It takes its name from its leading flavour, banana cake, followed by tropical notes of jackfruit and watermelon, with a touch of orange that brightens the cup.
