How to choose your coffee beans
Omni roast is a medium-light roast that works for espresso and for filter brewing in a V60, Chemex or AeroPress. Pick it if you brew more than one way at home.
Espresso roast is developed a little further for body and sweetness in espresso and in milk drinks such as flat white and cappuccino. It comes in 250 g and 1 kg bags.
Single-origin filter coffees such as Colombia Banana Cake or Costa Rica Geisha are lighter and fruit-forward, and show their best when brewed by hand.
