A Colombian specialty coffee from Finca Santa Elena in Ciudad Bolivar, Antioquia, grown at 1,600 to 1,800 metres above sea level from the Caturra variety. It has been naturally processed, meaning the beans dried inside the whole coffee cherry, and the 20 Brix figure refers to the sugar level of the cherries when they were picked.
In the cup, yellow fruit and apple come through first, lifted by a fresh citrus note.
How to brew it
The Omni roast makes it suitable for espresso and milk drinks as well as hand-brewed filter in a V60, Chemex or AeroPress.
