Brazil Cerrado (Espresso) – 1 Kg

A 1 kg bag of Brazil Cerrado, a practical choice for cafés and for anyone who pulls a lot of espresso at home or in the office. The beans come from the Cerrado region of Brazil. They are of the Bourbon variety, grown at 900 to 1,250 metres above sea level, and natural processed, which means the coffee cherries are dried whole with the bean still inside.

In the cup you get caramel and chocolate with a hint of hazelnut. It is an espresso roast, so it gives a sweet, balanced shot that sits well with milk in lattes, cappuccinos and flat whites, and it also makes a smooth Americano.

Keeping it fresh
