Ethiopia Idido 250g (Omni)

A specialty coffee from Idido in Ethiopia’s Gedeo Zone, made from local heirloom varieties grown at 1,859–2,200 metres above sea level. It is natural processed, meaning the coffee cherries are dried whole with the bean still inside, which gives the cup a clear, fruity sweetness.

Expect ripe mango and peach up front, with a gentle walnut note in the finish.

This is an Omni roast, so it works for both espresso and filter:

• Espresso: a sweet shot with a fuller body that also works well with milk.
• Filter: with a V60, Chemex or AeroPress, the mango and peach come through even more clearly.

Roasted by Cherry Beans in Qatar. Grind just before brewing for the most aroma and flavour.
