Rhino Dosing Cup – Short

The Rhino dosing cup is a practical tool for clean, accurate espresso prep. Instead of grinding straight into the portafilter, you grind into the dosing cup and then transfer the whole dose in one go, without scattering grounds across the counter.

How to use it

• Place the cup on your scale, tare it, then grind your dose into it.
• Give the cup a gentle shake to break up clumps and spread the grounds evenly.
• Turn the cup over onto the portafilter, lift it off, then distribute and tamp as usual.

This is the short version, so check that it fits the space under your grinder’s outlet and suits your portafilter size. It works well alongside a precision basket such as the VST 18 g and a coffee scale, helping you keep each dose consistent and your workspace tidy.
