Hario V60 #02 Filter Paper – 100 Sheets

Hario’s cone-shaped paper filters are made for the size 02 V60 dripper. The filter follows the shape of the cone, so water flows evenly through the coffee bed, while the paper holds back fine sediment and most of the coffee oils. The result is a clean cup with clear, distinct flavours, which is what you want from a light or filter-roast specialty coffee.

How to use it

• Fold the filter along its seam before placing it in the dripper.
• Rinse it with hot water to remove any papery taste and to warm the dripper and server.
• Pour away the rinse water, add your ground coffee and start brewing.

Each pack holds 100 filters, and they also fit other drippers that take V60 size 02 papers. Keep a pack next to your V60, gooseneck kettle and scale so you are always ready for the next brew.
