The folds of the wave design stop the paper from sticking to the dripper wall, so water flows through the coffee more evenly, while the flat base helps the grounds settle in a level bed.<\/p>\n<p>The white paper holds back oils and fine sediment, giving a clean cup that lets the flavours of specialty coffee come through clearly.
