A specialty coffee from the Uraga area of the Guji Zone in Oromia, Ethiopia, processed at the Girma Edema station using the natural method. The coffee cherries are dried whole with the bean inside, which gives the coffee more sweetness and a rich, fruity character.

The cup brings peach and blueberry with the floral note Guji coffees are known for, and finishes on toffee sweetness. It is roasted for espresso, so it pulls a fruit-forward shot that also pairs well with milk in cortados, flat whites and lattes.

Grind fine for your espresso machine just before brewing, and keep the bag sealed and away from heat and light between uses. A good grinder and a scale will help you dial in a sweet, consistent shot.

Roasted by Cherry Beans in Qatar, in 250 g bags and in a 1 kg bag for those who need more.
